How does it work?

Auto Delivery means we will automatically send you your product at a frequency selected by you. It simple, just follow these four steps:

  1. Pick what your pet needs: Perfect for food, treats, flea & tick treatments and more.
  2. Select the 'Auto Delivery' option on the product page and choose your frequency: you can change the frequency any time so it doesn't need to be perfect.
  3. We'll ship you first order: time to relax, your pet's order is on the way.
  4. Enjoy the convenience of Auto Delivery! You will receive a reminder one week before we ship your next order and then tracking information when it's on the way.

Remember, you can change the frequency of the deliveries any time.

FAQ's

What frequencies can I choose?

Frequencies are weekly starting from 2 weeks, up to 26 weeks.

 

How do I know the right frequency?

If you have ordered from us before you will be able to check your order history in your account. If you have any trouble with this, please contact us.

If you haven't ordered with us before, you can just select a rough estimate to start with. Then it's super easy to adjust the frequency once you finish the first order and know for sure.

 

How much do I save with Auto Delivery?

You can save up to 5% off every order as long as you stay subscribed.

 

What happens if my product is out of stock when the order is scheduled to occur?

This is very rare but can happen. Auto Delivery customers receive priority over once-off customers so we will prioritise your order. If the item is out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know and do our best to have to you you as soon as possible. 

 

Can I have multiple Auto Deliveries for different products?

You sure can. This is very common; for example things like food and parasiticides are unlikely to be the same frequency so they can be set up on seperate schedules.

 

Is there a contract term with Auto Delivery?

Definitely not. You can cancel any time at no cost.
